Students at Merryhill Schools in Milpitas Donate Nearly 500 Items

Students at Merryhill Preschool and Merryhill Elementary and Middle School in Milpitas recently donated 488 items to the San Jose Family Shelter. Throughout December, students collected a variety of items, including stuffed animals, toys, bed sheets, toiletries, books and more. At the end of the collection, students organized the donations for distribution to local families supported by the shelter. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others in their community.
