The Ladera Ranch Civic Council will confront a hefty agenda Monday night, with topics ranging from the shuttered SONGS nuclear power plant to a possible new homeless shelter in Ladera.

The Ladera Ranch Civic Council’s next meeting will be at 7 p.m. Monday, July 22 at the Santa Margarita Water District Board Room, 26111 Antonio Pkwy.
