New Capistrano Unified School District School To Open In OC: Report

RANCHO MISSION VIEJO, CA — A new school is opening its doors in south Orange County, after the Capistrano Unified School District announced the 2027 opening of a new school in Rancho Mission Viejo, The Orange County Register reported.

The new school will serve students from transitional kindergarten through eighth grade, the report said. It will be built in the village of Rienda in Rancho Mission Viejo in time for the fall 2027 school year.

The new school will house up to 1,600 students, according to the newspaper.
