The Jewish holiday Passover begins Friday and ends Saturday, April 14.

Passover, also known as Pesach, is a celebration of the Jews' escape from their Egyptian oppressors, as told in The Exodus.

The song seems to be a tribute to matzah, the flat, crunchy bread eaten in remembrance of the passover.
