Monrovia police officers will act as waiters at the Claim Jumper on Thursday to collect donations for the Special Olympics. The "Tip-A-Cop" program raises money for sports training, gear and competition for adults and kids at the Special Olympics. Monrovia cops will be on duty as waiters from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
