Cajsa Larsson Named Monrovia's 'Older American of the Year'
The city honored the long-time Canyon Park volunteer at a luncheon earlier this month.
Canyon Park volunteer Cajsa Larsson was named Monrovia's "Older American of the Year" earlier this month.
Larsson has logged more than 7,500 hours volunteering at Canyon Park doing trail and facility maintenance, park programming, and removal of invasive plants, according to the city manager's weekly report.
Larsson will be honored by the City Council at its regular meeting on May 7.
