Gray built up an early lead with correct answers on questions relating to everything from welfare reform to the albums of Snoop Doggy Dogg. Her nearest competitor was just $400 behind late in "Double Jeopardy" before he risked all his bankroll on a "Daily Double" and answered incorrectly.

Gray will return to compete in Tuesday's show, though the episodes were actually taped in February, according to her Facebook page.
