The City Council has approved a four story, 154-unit apartment complex that will replace the storage facility on Fifth Avenue and Huntington Drive, according to the city's development blog.
The project, developed by Lincoln Property Company, will also contain a 1,340 square-foot commercial space at the north corner of the building.
