Video: Business Owner Says 'River' of Water Flooded His Building
The owner of a local custom fencing company said he was working in his office when a "river" of water gushed into his Duarte Road business.
Steve Brackett was working in his office Friday morning when things suddenly got very wet.
A "river" of water burst into his custom fencing design business in the 400 block of Duarte Road and flooded the place after a water main nearby ruptured.
