A new bright turquoise storefront is now part of the landscape in the 2400 block of Honolulu Ave. It's run by happy people and full of colorful bikes of all shapes and sizes. Catering to all ages and especially to the over 50 crowd, Pedego bikes have more than just handlebars. There's a throttle for power when you don't feel like pedaling and a metrics dashboard that shows speed and more.

There's a bike style built for everyone from cruisers with flower baskets to city bikes to adventure bikes. And the color choices? Just yummy! After all, this is an investment bike that is the real you! The best part is you get your exercise, fresh air and scenery but at your pace. Sometimes you need a little help going up that hill or just want to take a break from pedaling and let the bike do the work.

Pedego Electric bikes is a successful people centered company that was started in 2008. They now have close to 200 franchises, mostly in upscale areas. The Montrose store is owned by JIMMY LARKIN (right in group pic) and TRAVIS HARDING (left). Bikes are available for purchase, rent, test drives, and even excursions. Rentals are $25 an hour or $120 for the day.
