Welcome to the Parent Education Program and the start of a new academic year at GCC.

Registration is now open for Adult only classes and Parent and Child classes.

The Glendale Community College's Parent Education program offers a variety of classes throughout the community for adults only (online and in-person), and for parents or caregivers and young children. The Parent/child classes include music, literacy, science, art, and outdoor activities for children and parenting and child development information for caregivers. There is an evening class designed for working parents and a class for homeschool families to discuss parenting and the homeschooling experience. The Positive Parenting classes are a perfect place to discuss school-age and teenage issues and are offered in-person and online.

In addition to being educational and fun, the classes are a place to receive support, make friends and are tuition free. Registration is now open for the Fall semester. Go to: garfield.glendale.edu and click on apply.
