Construction of 66 Single-Family Homes in Moorpark May Move Forward

A plagued construction project that has stalled for years may finally move forward and result in the construction 66 single-family homes on 183 vacant lots in Moorpark, according to the Ventura County Star

The Meridian Hills project has sputtered along since first being approved by the Moorpark City Council in 2002, mostly due to disputes between the developer and homeowners, according to the report. But now, it seems the two sides may have reached an agreement, which will allow construction to move forward.
