Employment law firm LightGabler LLP is presenting a free three-part mini webinar for employers on how to conduct workplace investigations. Under California law, employers bear a legal duty to investigate all employee complaints alleging potentially unlawful conduct promptly and thoroughly.

The three-part webinar takes place on Tuesday, April 15, Tuesday, May 13 and Thursday, June 12 from noon to 12:45 p.m. Topics include identifying and interpreting employee complaints, creating a compliant investigation plan, conducting effective interviews and writing clear, defensible instigation reporters.

Presented by employment law attorney Ryan Haws, the three-part webinar is designed specifically for human resources professionals and business owners. Haws will provide practical step-by-step legal guidance on employers’ investigative obligations and outline best practices for managing workplace complaints.
