Kris Turner Named New Branch Manager At Simi Valley Family YMCA
An avid rock climber and hiker, most of Turner's career has been involved in the YMCA.
Kris Turner is the new branch manager at the Simi Valley Family YMCA (3200 Cochran St.). He manages day-to-day operations and oversees the development of membership and community programs.
An avid rock climber and hiker, most of Turner’s career has been involved in the YMCA, working at the Silicon Valley and Channel Island YMCAs. Most recently, he was assistant general manager for Pacific Edge Climbing Gym in Santa Cruz.
“We are so fortunate to have Kris join our Y family,” says Ronnie Stone, CEO of Southeast Ventura County YMCA. “He is a proven Y professional and will be a great addition to the Simi Y and community.”
