Meet An “Amazing” Who Serenaded His Hospital-Bound Wife

Stefano Bozzini, at 81, couldn’t bear to be separated from his beloved wife of 47 years, Carla. So when she had to go into the hospital for a non-COVID related issue (and Stefano wasn’t permitted to visit due to pandemic regulations), Stefano let Carla know he was there for her in the best way he knew how. Carla watched from her hospital room window, as Stefan serenaded her from the sidewalk below. A retired member of the Italian army's Alpini mountain infantry, Stefano was nicknamed "Gianni Morandi of the Alpines" after a famous Italian pop singer as he played his accordion as often as possible. This time, he's bringing joy to his ailing wife.
