Moorpark Shoppers Help Raise $11,538 for Schools
The money will come via Fresh & Easy's Shop for Schools program.

Shoppers at Moorpark's Fresh & Easy store helped to raise $11,538 through the company's Shop for Schools program last year.
The program is a fundraiser wherein by collecting receipts, local schools can earn $1 for every $20 spent at a Fresh & Easy store from Sept. 12 through Dec. 31. Schools can also participate in a dedicated shopping night where a percentage of the store's sales goes directly back to the school as well.
Last year, more than 2,200 schools throughout California participated in the program and earned more than $1.7 million.
