Pet of the Week: Tigra Needs a Home
With my coloring, try not to mistake me for a real tiger!

By the Simi Valley Animal Shelter
Hi, I'm Tigra, a greyhound mix—although I'm a bit smaller than a greyhound—and I'm hoping to adopt a person!
Yes, that photo really is what I look like, with my extra long legs and spectacular black and yellow coloring you can mistake for a real tiger!

Being a young Greyhound mix, I LOVE to run and play! If you toss a squeak toy (I love those!) in a llittle area, I will happily frolic, but if you like to jog, I'd love to run with you. I'd be a good companion on a hike or just visiting people.
I LOVE people! If you sit down I will come galloping over and put my happy kisses on you! I really am quite friendly.

Right now I am at the Simi Valley Animal Shelter looking for a real home. If you have an active lifestyle and want a new best friend, please come meet me here. My adoption fee covers my spay, microchip, vaccinations, a free veterinarian visit and even six weeks of training.
