Plan Ahead: Conejo Valley Days Set for May 2-5

Special attractions include motocross shows and outhouse races.

The 57th annual Conejo Valley Days is set for early next month in Thousand Oaks.

The event, which runs from May 2-5 a Conejo Creek Park South, features live entertainment, carnival rides, a food court, games and a "Main Street" saloon.

Special attractions include motocross shows, outhouse races (yes, you read that right) and special Cino de Mayo entertainment.

Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for children 6 through 12 and kids 5 and yonger will be admitted for free. As well, carnival wristbands are available. Wristbands for Thursday, May 2 are $15; for Friday, May 3, wristbands are $30; they're $35 on Saturday, May 4 and $30 on Sunday.

Hours for the event are 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday, 5 p.m. Friday, noon to midnight Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Conejo Creek Park South is near the 23 Freeway and Janss Road exit.
