Sheriff's Dept. Investigates 'Suspicious Activity' at Moorpark Bank

A police personnel were on the scene at Wells Fargo Bank in Moorpark Wednesday afternoon, according to witnesses, but due to an ongoing investigation, the Ventura County Sheriff's Department is withholding comment about what Sgt. Victor Fazio called "suspicious activities."

Fazio said he expects the sheriff's public information office will release a press release later today regarding the activities.

A representative at the Wells Fargo branch, located at 515 W. Los Angeles Ave., also said the bank had no comment about Wednesday's activities.
