$2.3M Powerball Ticket Sold Nearby
Just one ticket was sold in the country with the winning Powerball numbers.

A Powerball ticket purchased in San Jose matched five numbers in Saturday's draw but missed the Powerball number.
The consolation prize isn't too bad--$2.3 million.
The ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven at 2440 Almaden Expressway.
A second ticket with the same matching numbers was sold in Taft, in Kern County, also at a 7-Eleven.
One ticket sold in Florida hit the jackpot, valued at an estimated $590.5 million. The jackpot is a record for a Powerball game, and ticket sales were high.
Be sure to check your tickets--a total of 769,585 tickets sold in California won prizes.
