Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure in North Whisman
Jermaine David Register was seen sitting in a stairway with his genitals exposed. After running from the victim, he was located nearby by Mountain View Police officers.

The Mountain View Police Department arrested a 32-year-old man for indecent exposure Monday, law enforcement reported.
Jermaine David Register sat on the stairway of a residence in the 100 block of East Middlefield Road around 10:04 a.m. on Oct. 1, when the victim—a 38-year-old female —pulled up to the parking lot.
According to police spokesman Sgt. Sean Thompson, the victim allegedly saw the suspect with his pants down and his genitals exposed.

"She waited to see if he would leave, but he didn't," Thompson said.
When the female decided to exit her car, the alleged suspect saw her and ran off. She called 9-1-1. Register was apprehended by officers on the 100 block of Flynn Avenue.

A search for his name in the State of California's Megan's Law public registry did not result in any entry.
