In addition to those two cases, the same man is believed to be responsible for shoplifting nearly $100 of tobacco products from Walgreens, located on the 100 block of East El Camino Real, on Tuesday, Jan. 22. In that case, officers responded to the store and were told that a black adult man with no shirt had left without paying for tobacco items he had taken from the shelves. The area was search, but the man could not be found.
Upon review of security footage, the suspect appears to match the description of the suspect in both of the groping cases on the Stevens Creek Trail. Mountain View detectives are working to identify the man, who can be seen in the above image.
