Presidential Debate 2012: Where,When to Watch in Mountain View

The public library will host a viewing party for the second presidential debate to take place Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m. PST.

Will the town hall setting benefit President Barack Obama or will challenger Mitt Romney's surge in the polls continue?

That's one of the questions political analysts and national political reporters have been asking in advance of the second presidential debate on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. The debate starts at 6 p.m. PST.

  • League of Women Voters hosts a debate viewing party in the community room of the Mountain View Public Library. Afterward they invite everyone to stay for a "courteous, respectful, moderated discussion that focuses on the issues and debate performance."

  • Barack Obama Campaign Office will start at 3 p.m. with volunteer calls and then turn on the debate; 1411 W El Camino Real, Mountain View, CA 94040.
