Sunnyvale Man Arrested, Charged in Wedding Reception Shooting
The victim continues to recover from his injuries.

A Sunnyvale man has been arrested in connection with a Santa Clara shooting outside a wedding reception, Santa Clara police said Friday.
Dynzel Ghram Brown, 19, self-surrendered after an investigation into the Oct. 14 shooting at 3910 Freedom Circle Drive, according to Lt. Matt Hogan.
Brown allegedly argued with the victim, an adult male acquaintance, in the parking lot outside the reception and then returned with a .22 caliber handgun, firing one round into the victim's arm, Hogan said.

He then fled the scene, and the victim's friends took him to a hospital.
The victim is recovering from his injury, Hogan said. The gun used in the shooting has not been recovered.

Brown self-surrendered on Oct. 21 and was arraigned on Wednesday on a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon.
