A Murrieta Move Looks To Leverage Region's 'Thriving' Biotech Sector

MURRIETA, CA — A company that specializes in laboratory and processing equipment for the biotech, pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors has opened a 37,000-square-foot warehouse in Murrieta.

According to a June 4 announcement from Woonsocket, Rhode Island-based Surplus Solutions, the new space at 30220 Commerce Court increases the company's total warehouse capacity to nearly 200,000 square feet and significantly boosts its logistics.

According to the company, the Murrieta facility in the Winchester Commerce Center at Silverhawk will serve as Surplus Solutions' West Coast operations base, "positioned to leverage the region's thriving biotech community and robust supply chain network."

Surplus Solutions specializes in the procurement, resale, and auctioning of clinical laboratory and processing equipment. Its clientele ranges from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, according to the company.

The Winchester Commerce Center at Silverhawk is a newly constructed industrial development near the intersection of Winchester and Murrieta Hot Springs roads.
