'Afternoon in the Vineyards' is Saturday

Napa Valley vineyards open their doors to the public noon to 2:30 p.m.

The Napa Valley Vintners and the Napa Valley Grapegrowers invite Napa Valley residents to be part of the 13th annual "Afternoon in the Vineyards" on Saturday, May 4, from noon to 2:30 p.m.

"Afternoon in the Vineyards" gives Napa Valley neighbors the chance to spend some time with those who tend the vines and make the wines.

Residents can walk down vineyard rows, taste wines made from the same or neighboring vineyards and find out more about Napa Valley's internationally recognized commitment to environmental stewardship through programs such as Napa Green Certified Land.

"Afternoon in the Vineyards" is a casual community open house that is complimentary for all Napa Valley residents.
