Cindy Pawlcyn: 'Transcended the Culinary Scene'

Now celebrating the 30th anniversary of her Mustards Grill in Yountville, chef Cindy Pawlcyn is being lauded as someone who "transcended the culinary scene," according to an article Sunday in the San Francisco Chronicle.

Pawlcyn, who has opened more than a dozen restaurants in Northern California, is scheduled to open another new one -- Cindy's Waterfront -- in April in Monterey, the article said.
