City Of Napa To Host 2 California Climate Action Corps Fellows; Application Period Open
Fellows will work with public agencies, tribes, nonprofits and schools across the state to engage communities in climate action & education.

NAPA, CA — Interested in making a difference in the realm of climate action at the City of Napa? The California Climate Action Corps is currently accepting applications from Californians (18+) who want to serve as California Climate Action Corps Fellows from February 1 – September 13, 2024. Fellows will work with public agencies, tribes, nonprofits, and schools throughout the state to engage communities in climate action and education.

The City of Napa will be hosting two Fellows for the Winter Term. The Fellows will work in the areas of urban greening, organic waste and decarbonization. Fellows will plan and implement volunteer events, engage and educate residents and work on City of Napa climate action goals.
As AmeriCorps members, selected fellows serve 1,200+ hours and learn real-world climate action skills through community projects, while being part of this unique program and statewide force of emerging leaders. Projects include urban greening, organic waste and edible food recovery, wildfire resiliency and more!
