Conn Dam Spillway A Spectacular Sight: Napa County Photos Of The Week

NAPA COUNTY, CA — Motorists stopped to take in a spectacular sight Sunday in Napa County, as did local photographer Al Francis.

Following more than a dozen days of rain, the Conn Dam spilled over in true waterfall form as Lake Hennessey filled to capacity.
