Eureka! Makes Their First Debut at BottleRock 2016

WHAT: The music lineup isn’t the only thing getting fans ready for BottleRock 2016. This year, some of the biggest names in food are making an appearance and Eureka! is excited to make its debut in Napa to serve up signature number one hits.

Headliners include the Fresno Fig Burger featuring fig marmalade, melted goat cheese, bacon, tomato, red onion, arugula, spicy porter mustard, served with a side of french fries; the Original Eureka! Burger with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, hickory smoked gouda, 1000 island, also served with french fries; Bison Burger with smoked mozzarella, charbroiled tri-peppers, and side of fries and lastly but certainly not least, Truffle Cheese Fries tossed in truffle salt, parmesan cheese, and topped with green onions and truffle cheese sauce.
