Fois Gras Lawsuit: Napa's La Toque Responds

Napa's La Toque restaurant, a recent target in the fight over the state's move to ban the sale of foie gras, offers a position statement in a blog post this week.

The Eater blog also carries a statement from the animal rights groups that are filing suit against the restaurant for allegedly continuing to offer foie gras despite the state ban.
