FUGITIVE FRIDAY UPDATES: Suspect Arrested

UPDATE: Monday, April 8, 2013.

 Kristin Summer Whatley was arrested and is currently in custody at the Marin County Jail.

She was wanted for felony failure to appear for obstructing/resisting executive officer.

UPDATE: Saturday, April 6, 2013:

A warrant was recalled for Victor Cruz Miranda. He was wanted for felony failure to appear for possess/purchase for sale narcotic/controlled substance; manufacture/sale/possess deadly weapon; receive, etc. known stolen property.

The warrant was recalled late Thursday afternoon, after the Napa Valley Crime Stoppers "Fugitive Friday" posting was already sent out.

Joseph Wade Anderson was arrested March 26 by Napa Police.

He had been wanted for  felony failure to appear for possession of a narcotic controlled substance.

 Amanda Marie Johnson was arrested by the Vallejo Police Department and was being held on local charges and on the Napa County warrant.

She had been wanted for felony probation violation for transporting controlled substance.

--George Juarez Jr.

White male, 37, 5'8", 170lbs, black hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony probation violation for burglary and possession of controlled substance.

--Victor Cruz Miranda

Hispanic male, 22, 5'6", 190 lbs., brown hair and eyes, wanted for felony failure to appear for possess/purchase for sale narcotic/controlled substance; manufacture/sale/possess deadly weapon; receive, etc. known stolen property

--Juan Manuel Octaviano

Hispanic male, 21, 5'11", 180 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony probation violation for receiving stolen property; public fighting with street gang enhancement; DUI with excess BAC enhancement; driving on a suspended license for DUI. 

--Ricardo Contreras Ortiz

Hispanic male, 40, 5'10", 180 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes, wanted for felony probation violation for possession of controlled substance.

--Kristin Summer Whatley

White female, 30, 5'8", 180 lbs, brown hair, green eyes, wanted for felony failure to appear for obstructing/resisting executive officer.
