Napa Couple: "We Are Completely Devastated"
New Napa residents in shock after woman loses engagement ring in women's restroom.
A Napa newcomer couple say they are shocked and shattered after the woman's engagement ring was stolen in the restroom of a doctor's office on Claremont Way last week.
The couple, who asked not to be identified, are seeking any information on the ring, which disappeared while the woman was seeing a patient on Tuesday, March 26.
"We are completely devastated," said the man, who moved to Napa with his fiancee in November. Until this incident, the man said, the couple's sentiments were: "We absolutely love it here."

He said the theft occurred when his fiancee, who works at the doctor's office, went into the restroom before the last patient of the day to wash her hands.
She came out of the restroom, forgetting that she had taken off the ring to wash her hands. She saw the last patient and then noticed she wasn't wearing her ring.

"When she checked the women's restroom, it was gone," the man said.
The couple have filed a police report and alerted local pawn shops and "cash for gold" shops about the theft.
"We also posted flyers all around the medical building," the man said.
