Mustards Grill: "Let Them Eat 30 Days of Cake"
Champagne kickoff to 30-day anniversary celebration is this Wednesday.
Mustards Grill in Yountville turns 30 this year.
Chef Cindy Pawlcyn will celebrate with "Cake, Rattle and Roll - 30 Days of Cake!"
From May 17 through June 15, a different decadent cake will be served each day at Mustards Grill, Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen and Cindy Pawlcyn's Wood Grill and Wine Bar.

Customers who get their "Cake Reward" card stamped at any of the restaurants will enjoy Mustards Grill gift certificates up to $300, plus a signed copy of Cindy’s new book "30 Days of Cakes," out this fall.
Cake Reward cards with 15 stamps will earn $100 in Mustards Grill gift certificates, 20 stamps earn $200, and 30 stamps earn $300 plus a signed copy of Cindy’s "30 Days of Cakes" cookbook out this fall. Please note that rewards are based on individual cards and are limited to one stamp per day.

To kick off the 30th anniversary celebration, on May 15 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m., Veuve Clicquot will park an airstream trailer at Mustards Grill and “splash” the entire restaurant with champagne. And to get cake madness started they will buy each table a piece of cake!
Pawlcyn is the owner/founder of Mustards Grill, Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen, Cindy Pawlcyn’s Wood Grill & Wine Bar, and Cindy’s Waterfront at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
She is he author of five cookbooks, including the James Beard Award-winning Mustards Grill Napa Valley Cookbook.

Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen in downtown St. Helena, right off Main Street combines a classy supper club with the flair of a speakeasy. Open seven days a week from 11:30 am till 9:30 pm, reservations can be made at (707) 963-1200.
Cindy Pawlcyn's Wood Grill and Wine Bar, also located in St. Helena, is at 641 Main Street and open 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and until 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Reservations can be made at (707) 963-0700.
Desserts included in the "Cake, Rattle & Roll" 30-day celebration will be: Chocolate Pecan Jack Daniels Cake; Tres Leches Cake; Coco-Nutty Cake with Coconut Custard Frosting; Rombauer (as in Irma) Jam Cake with Brown Sugar Frosting and Vanilla Ice Cream; Peach Melba Cake; Burnt Sugar Cake with Caramel Frosting, Candied Pecans and Buttermilk Ice Cream; Coconut Haupia Cake; Brown Sugar Angel Cake with Whiskey Crème Anglaise; Sticky Toffee Date Cake with Toffee Sauce and Crème Fraiche; and many more!
