NAPA COUNTY, CA — At its regular board meeting on November 7, 2023, the Napa County Board of Supervisors confirmed the following appointments, effective immediately:

  • Rose Sheehan - Napa County Mental Health Board (MHBB); Term expires January 1, 2026
  • Marion Villalba - Napa County Mental Health Board (MHBB); Term expires January 1, 2025
  • Etta Williams - Napa County Mental Health Board (MHBB); Term expires January 1, 2024
  • Cassidy Nolan – Napa County Veterans Commission; Term expires March 20, 2026
