Napa Valley Senior Living Facility Among 12 'Communities That Shine'
It is one of two senior living communities recognized in California and 12 across the nation.

NAPA VALLEY, CA — One of the top-notch senior living facilities is right here in Napa Valley. The Watermark at Napa Valley, Elan Collection, recently earned the prestigious "Communities That Shine" award from LifeLoop, a comprehensive software platform for senior living owners, staff, residents and their families.
Watermark was one of 12 facilities in the United States to receive the award for 2023. Specifically, Watermark was recognized for "Brilliance in Staff Efficiency."
According to LifeLoop, the ability to create monthly newsletters to highlight featured activities and outings, provide additional information for new offerings, and request feedback for previous offerings has proved invaluable to The Watermark at Napa Valley. Staff can easily create and publish monthly, weekly and daily calendars for members so that they can be more engaged. Most importantly, they’re able to facilitate meaningful connections between members and their families, giving family members a clear picture of what their loved ones are doing each day.
