POLICE LOG: Indecent Exposure, Willful Cruelty to Child, Shoplifting
Napa Police arrest felony offense suspects.

A 44-year-old Napa man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure with a prior conviction for the same offense.
Rigoberto Ildefonso was taken into custody by Napa Police at about 7 p.m. Friday after an incident at the 1700 block of Pueblo Avenue in Napa.

According to the log, an officer received second-hand information regarding a male subject exposing himself to children in the 1700 block of Pueblo Avenue.
The officer followed up on the case with a detective and located two victims, an 8-year-old boy and his 10-year-old sister.

Two child victims identified Rigoberto Ildefonso as the suspect who exposed and fondled himself in front of the children on multiple occasions.
The officer contacted and arrested Ildefonso at his residence. Ildefonso has a prior conviction for indecent exposure making this offense a felony. Ildefonso was transported and booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.
The investigation is ongoing and there may be additional victims.

A 21-year-old Napa man was arrested at about 5:45 p.m. Friday on suspicion of a probation violation.
Saul Ayala-Salomon was arrested by Napa Police in the vicinity of Homewood Avenue and Laurel Street in Napa.
Accoring to the log, an officer stopped a green Toyota for a vehicle code violation in the area of Homewood Ave. and Laurel St.
The officer recognized one of the passengers in this vehicle as Saul Ayala-Salomon, a documented gang member who is on probation with terms no to associate with other gang members.
In the vehicle with Ayala-Salomon was another documented gang member, police said.
Ayala-Solomon was arrested for violation of his probation and he was booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.

A 19-year-old Napa Woman was arrested Saturday by Napa Police on suspicion of shoplifting at the Orchard Supply Hardware store at Bel Aire Plaza.
Kelsie Jordan Fallin was taken into custody just before 8 p.m. at the store at 3980 Bel Aire Plaza in Napa.
Police said the arrest occurred when officers responded to Orchard Supply for a reported shoplifter in custody. A store employee advised she works in the nursery area.
The employee was in the process of taking plants from the storage area and placing them in the nursery. Upon approaching the employee-only storage area, she noticed someone inside it. The store employee entered the storage area and noticed Fallin was crouched on the ground.
She had a large amount of store items on the ground around her and an unpurchased backpack that was opened. She asked Fallin what she was doing and she replied, "Price checking."
Fallin was arrested and transported to Napa County Department of Corrections, where she was booked.

A 44-year-old Napa woman was arrested Saturday by Napa Police on suspicion of DUI and willful cruelty to a child.
Alicia Pergerson was arrested at about 9:30 p.m. in the vicinity of the Silverado Trail and Soscol Avenue in Napa.
Bradley Risner, 30, of Oroville, was involved in the incident but there was no mention of an arrest or of charges filed against him.
Police said he was driving a vehicle that collided with a vehicle driven by Pergerson, leading to a police stop.
Police said a Honda driven by Pergerson was traveling northbound on Soscol Avenue approaching Silverado Trail in the #2 lane at approximately 30-35 mph.
A Toyota driven by Risner was traveling southbound on Soscol Avenue in the #1 lane at approximately 30-35 mph when he inadvertently touched the gear shift, placing it into neutral.
Risner looked down at the shifter, and, when he looked back up, he was in the northbound lane and collided into Pergerson’s vehicle.
Pergerson's 8-year-old daughter was the lone passenger. She sustained minor injuries from the collision and was transported to Queen of the Valley Hospital by ambulance.
Pergerson was allegedly found to be intoxicated and was subsequently arrested and booked.
