Ribbon to Be Cut Tuesday for New PEP Center
People Empowering People center will open on Solano Avenue in Napa.

A new center for People Empowering People will be officially dedicated on Tuesday at 3281 Solano Ave. in Napa.
The ceremonies, including a ribbon-cutting and an acknowledgement, will run from 10:30 to 11 a.m.
After that, a grand opening reception will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The public is invited to attend. Carpooling is recommended since parking is limited. Some street parking is available at Delpha, Kathleen and Sandra drives or at the parking lot across from the Chevron Station at Redwood Road and Highway 29.
