St. Helena City Hall Move: 6 Things To Know

The public is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony Feb. 27 at the city's new home.

ST. HELENA, CA — The City of St. Helena announced Thursday that after many years of being housed in sub-par facilities and after many months of construction, effective Feb. 27, City Hall offices will move to Napa Valley College Upper Campus at 1088 College Ave.

The city provided some key dates regarding the move and what to expect:

1. The current temporary City Hall location at 1572 Railroad Ave. will close permanently at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23.

2. On Friday, Feb. 24, limited services such as permits, and utility bill payments will be available from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Parks & Recreation Building, 1574 Railroad Ave.

3. If members of the public need assistance on Friday, Feb. 24, 2023, they can contact the appropriate department utilizing the phone numbers on the City’s website.

4. The Police Department will continue to be located at 1480 Main St. with a tentative move-in date to 1088 College Ave. in May 2023.

5. City Hall will reopen at 1088 College Ave. at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27.

6. The public is invited to a ribbon cutting ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, at the city's new “home” on the NVC campus at 1088 College Ave.
