A mandatory boil water notice was issued for the Town of Yountville.

On 10/20/2023 all Town of Yountville water customers were notified of the need to boil/disinfect all tap water used for drinking and cooking purposes.

The current Town of Yountville boil water notice does not affect the City of Napa System. Your drinking water is clean and safe, the City of Napa said.

On 10/22/2023, the Town of Yountville Water System in conjunction with the State Water Resources Control Board, and/or Napa County’s Local Environmental Health Jurisdiction has determined that, through comprehensive testing of the water, your water is safe to drink.

It is no longer necessary to boil your tap water or for you to consume bottled water.
