Newark's Annual Tree Lighting Festivities This Friday

Cookies and cocoa, hands-on holiday crafts, performances and the tree lighting will launch a festive season for Newark.

NEWARK, CA —The City of Newark's Annual Tree Lighting extravaganza is planned for this Friday. The evening will be packed with holiday cheer including hot cocoa and cookies, a crafts station, photo booth, festive entertainment and the tree lighting.

The fun lasts from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Kick off the holiday season in Newark Civic Center, 37101 Newark Blvd. in Newark.
