Antisemitic Flyers Found In Newport Beach Neighborhood: Police
Residents living in eastern Newport Beach reported receiving the antisemitic flyers, the Newport Beach Police Department said.
NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Residents of an eastern Newport Beach neighborhood were the target of antisemitic flyers, police announced Monday.
The Newport Beach Police Department said it was "currently working with residents and actively investigating the incident."
Heather Rangel, the department's press information officer, told Patch by email that no additional information other than what's in the tweet will be available because it's still an active investigation.

The incident isn't the first time Orange County residents encountered antisemitic flyers this month.
Around 15 houses in a Huntington Beach neighborhood received flyers on Feb. 15 with a message claiming that "every single aspect of the COVID agenda is Jewish."

The Huntington Beach Police Department believed at the time that the flyers were an isolated incident. However, the department tweeted Sunday it was investigating a second incident involving flyers.
Huntington Beach Mayor Barbara Delgleize denounced the flyers, saying city leaders had "zero tolerance for hateful rhetoric or prejudice within our community."
