Cold Weather Ahead For Newport Beach Residents This Week
A cold temperature advisory was issued for parts of Orange County, including Newport Beach, by the National Weather Service.
NEWPORT BEACH, CA — A winter storm is coming to the Southland, and residents in Orange County, including Newport Beach, are advised to bundle up for the chilly weather.
The National Weather Service issued a cold temperature advisory for inland, coastal and southern Orange County. Colder-than-average temperatures are for the next several days as a winter storm makes its way through the Southland.
A wind advisory was in place Tuesday for Newport Beach, and Orange County could see scattered showers, thunderstorms and hail for the duration of the storm, according to the National Weather Service. Mountain regions could also see snow, the service said.

Cold conditions will remain in Newport Beach through Wednesday until a gradual warm-up toward the weekend, according to the weather service.
