Newport Beach To Host Forum On Civic Engagement This Week

Residents will have the chance to learn how to apply to open seats on Newport Beach's boards and commissions.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Residents interested in applying to one of the city's boards or commissions are encouraged to attend a forum on civic engagement Thursday hosted by Newport Beach City Clerk Leilani Brown.

The form will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Newport Beach Civic Center Community Room. Yorba Linda City Councilmember Peggy Huang will also be on hand for the forum, city officials said.
