OEB Breakfast Co. Amps Up Weekday Brunch With New Happy Hour

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Put some pep in your brunch step in 2024!

OEB Breakfast Co. in Newport Beach is livening up its weekday brunch offerings with a complimentary glass of champagne for diners — with the purchase of a featured dish.

The freebie runs 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, with such accompanying menu specialties as shakshuka (San Marzano tomato sauce, Fresno chilis, Za’atar spice, chickpeas, poached eggs, feta, herbs and French rye bread), smoked pastrami Benny, blue fin tuna poke bowl, Cali burger, mattina bowl (quinoa flax oatmeal, almond milk, syrup, banana, fruit, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, açaÍ and Greek yogurt), and additional sandwich and salads.

The OEB chain, with a farm-to-table focus, launched in 2009 in Calgary, and now operates throughout Canada, with U.S. locales in Scottsdale, AZ., and the Newport Beach site at 1104 Irvine Ave.in Westcliff Plaza.

Opened in 2022 with much acclaim for its creative, culinary-driven menu, the Newport restaurant is open Mondays through Fridays 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
