A grass fire that the Los Angeles Fire Department estimated at 40 square feet broke out today at , and an arson suspect was reportedly arrested. No information on the suspect is yet available.  The fire, which broke out near the East Valley YMCA's Dave Potell Memorial Hockey Rink, was extinguished quickly, according to the LAFD. Several fire trucks and a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department squad car were still on the scene as of 10 a.m. interviewing witnesses.  Patch will update this story as more information is available.   --City News Service contributed to this report.
