Ben & Jerry's to Have Day in Court With NoHo Porn Studio

A local porn studio for allegedly tainting and tarnishing the ice cream maker's image will have its day in court on Sept. 12, LAist reports.

U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan ordered Caballero Video and Rodax Distributors to stop selling its line of "Ben & Cherry's" X-rated films with titles like Hairy Garcia, Boston Cream Thighs, and Peanut Butter D-Cup, according to LAist.

The films' packaging depicts naked women and men set to the backdrop of cows and fluffy clouds, which is found on every Ben & Jerry's product.

If Kaplan rules in favor of the Vermont-based ice cream company, a preliminary injunction could be placed on Caballero requiring a recall, LAist reports.

Caballero did not return calls for comment at press time.
