Bow & Truss Announces Soft Opening Saturday and Grand Opening on July 10
Knitting Factory Entertainment's second NoHo eatery is ready to open its doors.

Bow & Truss, Knitting Factory Entertainment's newest restaurant in the NoHo Arts District, is finally ready to open its doors. After the success of the company's , which opened in early 2011 and quickly become one of the premier restaurant and nightlife locations in the neighborhood, many have been eager to see the second NoHo vision of the Knitting Factory and it's CEO Morgan Margolis.
The official invitation-only grand opening reception will take place on Tuesday, July 10 from 7-9 p.m. Check back with Patch for photos, interviews and news from the grand opening event.
Bow & Truss will also have a soft opening on Saturday, according to the following message that was posted on its Facebook page:

Located at 11122 Magnolia Blvd. in a converted auto repair shop, the restaurant will feature Latin-influenced cuisine from chef consultant Shad Davis and executive chef Stefhanie Meyers, previously of Riviera and Playa, as well as The Federal Bar, and cocktails from Aidan Demarest and Marcos Tello of Tello Demarest Liquid Assets. Bow & Truss features architectural and interior design by Beth Holden of New Theme Inc.
