Curbed LA Features North Hollywood for Renters Week
The community is noted for its demographics as well as its proximity to local train lines.

Curbed LA began its second annual renters week with a profile of North Hollywood, a community it deems a "fairly walkable, transit-friendly neighborhood."
The profile noted some of the area's characteristics, including the fact that its home to one of the biggest foreign-born populations in Los Angeles.
Businesses like Bow & Truss and the Iliad Bookshop were also mentioned, while the up and coming NoHo Arts District was labeled a "gentrifier's ground zero."

Proximity to Metro Red and Orange lines was also labeled as a plus.
Curbed LA repors that North Hollywood rent prices run between $750 for a bachelor studio to $4,200 for a large two-story house with four bedrooms.

The website says North Hollywood isn't really known for its architecture, but that it's a bang-for-your buck if prices over the hills are little too steep.
