Families are invited by downtown Burbank business owners to an early evening of store-to-store trick-or-treating along San Fernando Boulevard between Magnolia Boulevard and Angeleno.
There will also be the 2nd Annual Downtown Dog Parade at 6:00 p.m. on the AMC Walkway at San Fernando Boulevard and Palm Avenue. Owners must register their dogs on-site by 5:30 p.m and keep them leashed.
